    pilot. The holding resulted in an $9.48 million dollar recovery for

    Pedestrian Injury

    Circuit Court Jury Trial.   
    
    My client was a pedestrian struck by a car after it collided 
    with an SUV in an intersection. The jury found that an SUV driver, who 
    offered nothing before trial, was 75% at fault, resulting in a post-trial 
    settlement of $1,300,000.00. Confidential Leon County

    Boat Defect  ‡‡One week Jury Trial in Jacksonville's Circuit Court. 
    This was a maritime product liability action. My client's boat window 
    separated from the boat and struck his face, causing a traumatic Brain 
    injury. The Defendant offered only $30,000 before trial The jury returned a
    $1.3 million dollar verdict with a net verdict 
    of $725,000.00 because the Plaintiff did not obtain timely care. Turner

    Bar Assault  ‡A bench trial in Jacksonville's Circuit Court. This was a battery case against a local bar after its 
    bartender struck my client, causing severe surgical injuries. The court

    Trucking Crash ‡Bench Trial in 
    Jacksonville's Circuit Court involving an accident between a golf cart 
    delivery truck and my client, who did not want a jury trial.  The

    Court. 
    This was a contested liability auto collision case tried before a jury in

    #:16-08-CA-007627. The matter was settled for a confidential amount 
    after trial.
 
    
    FAA Negligence   ‡Orlando Federal Court claim against the Federal Government involving a 
    difficult Air Traffic Control negligence case arising from a mid-air
